I contacted Nebraska Emergency Equipment four years ago when an older cruiser was having issues with an older light box. Nebraska Emergency Equipment responded quickly, accessed the problem, and was able to replace or repair the faulty light box the very same day.
Nebraska Emergency Equipment has been involved with the removal of the equipment from all cruisers, assisted in the selling those cruisers and installed the equipment in the all new cruisers.
His installations are far above the others as his workmanship is neat, clean, and crisp. Nebraska Emergency Equipment continues to provide excellent customer service and is available to our department nearly 24 hours.
Recently we had a cruiser not power up, on a Friday at 1715 hours, I contacted Nebraska Emergency Equipment, described our situation, and asked for some assistance or guidance. Nebraska Emergency Equipment responded within 30 minutes after being called, accessed the problem and had the cruiser back on line within a few hours. This type of customer service is hard to find these days and I’m blessed to have Nebraska Emergency Equipment as the sole installer and equipment repair company for the Valley Police Department.
